The picture that started the controversy lol. if you haven't see the numerous posts on this check them out. In short though i got this picture complained about by a girl and her mom in my grade so it was taken down. They said it was satanic.. Funny how i have never seen her at Thrive the bible study i helped get started and go to at our school. lol . People and their fear of darkness and death. I didnt mean ANY offence by it at all. I have dealt with depression and other painful disorders my whole life. This was just a representation of how i felt, trapped inside my own thoughts - hopeless. Any way though. So some how it got called the Holocaust so that it could be used somewhere in the school as a historical piece, I didn’t really like it, it wasn’t the truth but as least it was up right? A teacher loved it though and used it to teach her class for a while- which was completely flattering so many people got to see it. but i am just glad to have it home now. not being something that it wasn’t intended to be, and to all DA members who helped me with this. your support was incredible and overwhelming thank you!

PS: the smaller one just shows a bit more of the detail. the photo was from a camera phone so not much depth was captured

Now.

I do remember, it was a very upsetting subject for everyone that contributed.

And I have to say, I am a bit disappointed now...
This harmless picture???
I imagined it very graphical and such, but this isn´t more explicit than the average painting hanging in a museum.

So, good expression, but I can´t understand what the lady thought the problem was, really.

Camera phones, the scourge of cameras. Anyway I like the solemn guy.

It's a strong image. Try and get a better photograph one day the higher reseloution will show it off better online.

Hrmph. The picture is dark and spooky, but I don't see a lick of offensive content.

I was wondering how that all turned out! :) It's a dark piece, but nothing satanic about it. Very strong emotion in it and very nice work!
